I don't what to say Bill, that level of incompetence is just beyond belief! Not that it will compensate, but I trust they are giving you a full refund? A written apology wouldn't go amiss either.

Well, first of all, I won't be paying for the broadband, they can try but I won't, but Eircom are actually known for their apologies, very well known because they just don't give them.
