Aquired this wee gem from Wilma down at the Taranaki show on the weekend. It was just coming into flower so I thought I had better take a photo rapidly given the fact that it has had car journeys of at least 7 hours in the last 3 days Shocked .

Wilma has grown it very cool, but I understand it will cope very well with the conditions I give my precious angraecoids, so it will be growing alongside them. It has also just been mounted to enhance its chances of survival Shocked given my watering practices Laughing .
Cheers,
Marg Laughing
PS Flower is about 1cm across so is a real miniature.

Oh,how lovely! Congrats! I'm so impatient to see mine flowering, although it may be a bit too young Sad Is colour of the foliage really that yellow, mine is dark green, maybe more light is needed?

Ruta, Wilma always grows her plants in high light, dryish conditions, so her plants are always have yellowish foliage. She grows her plants quite cool as well. Somewhere in the Angraecoid area is a diary she kept for me over winter to post on the forum as she grows angraecoids very successfully and also breaks most of the rules. Plant itself is about 4" across so it is quite small.
Cheers,
Marg Laughing
